JoAnne Sharples, founder of Quality Custom Home Builders, was raised in the industry. Her father had been in the trades, and JoAnne spent her childhood absorbing knowledge about construction that now is just an integral part of who she is. Building homes is in her blood. JoAnne also spent two decades in real estate sales. She even married a man in the construction business.
