Jim Albers, the owner of Five Star Homes LLC, has been involved in the new construction field for over 24 years. He was an expert drywall contractor for 16 years and determined that buyers who built homes deserved a better built and energy efficient home. Jim goes above and beyond what is required by "code" to ensure that quality and integrity are present at every stage of the building process.  
 
Jim is involved throughout the entire building process and meticulously oversees the jobsite. From helping to frame the house, finishing the drywall, selecting energy star hvac systems, to providing great customer service to his clients to customize their dream homes, Jim always strives for a quality job. In addition, Jim works closely with OPPD on building energy star certified homes where OPPD certifies the homes as Energy Star if the home passes all of their stringent criteria. Jim also utilizes the latest in insulation and home sealing methods as well as installing highly efficient windows, furnaces and water heaters.
